The Pinemont Apartments is a HUD subsidized property, and operates within HUD guidelines. Occupancy is open to person(s) sixty-two (62) years of age or older, or adults over the age of eighteen (18) with a medically verified disabling condition that requires the features of an architecturally altered unit. The Pinemont Apartments is not assisted living. Services such as meals, housekeeping, or skilled nursing care are not provided. We provide housing only.
Rent is based on 30% of the resident's adjusted gross income. The resident is responsible for his or her own electricity bill and telephone.

Office hours : Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Out of town applicants (over 50 miles) please call for a packet to be mailed.

Required Documents
The completed application must also include the required documents:
- Verification of Date of Birth (birth certificate, valid passport, letter from Social Security showing birth date, military discharge papers, etc.)
- Copy of Social Security card
- Copy of Government issued photo ID
- Verification of household income, including Social Security, SSI, VA or any other pensions or retirement income
- Verification of U.S. citizenship or residency status
Applications are processed and placed on the Wait List in ther order received.
The current wait time estimates
- Studio apartment may be six months or less
- One-bedroom apartment may exceed a year
- Two-bedroom accessible apartment may exceed five years
- Apartments may exceed five years
